# Sequence Builder

Construct a sequenced outreach cadence from ICP + signal + offer. Every step must earn its existence; no "bumping this to the top of your inbox" filler.

## Inputs
- ICP: role, seniority, company stage, territory
- Signal(s): ranked by recency/consequence/ownership
- Offer: actual claim you can defend
- Channels: email; optionally a LinkedIn step
- Provider: agnostic (Smartlead/Lemlist/Instantly/etc. — output maps to their template syntax where asked)

## Structure (defaults; adapt to ICP)
1. **S1 — Relevance opener**: signal-anchored, 80–110 words, low-friction question (not "book a call")
2. **S2 — Evidence step** (day +2): a short example or a number; deepen the *same* thread, not a new pitch
3. **S3 — Consequence step** (day +4): reframe cost of inaction on their signal
4. **S4 — Out-of-office step** (day +7): close with a lighter question or a value-drop (one insight), explicitly stop-respecting-your-time
5. **Optional LI step (day +3 onward)**: comment or DM — must be non-pitch unless the LinkedIn-DM skill handles it
Stop the sequence the moment they reply — no "one more nudge."

## Rules
- **Pattern-breaking required.** No "I noticed you..." opener patterns, ever.
- **Sequence = argument progression**, not templates-in-rotation. If a step doesn't advance the argument, it deletes.
- **Compliance:** CAN-SPAM/GDPR-aware footers; opt-out handled per provider.
- **No AI vocabulary:** leverage, harness, streamline, unlock, delve, foster.

## Approval
Show step list with day offsets and per-step purpose line. Wait for OK before drafting any step body.
