# Agent Instructions for waza Repository

## Overview

This repository contains `waza`, a CLI tool for evaluating Agent Skills. **Go is the only implementation**, and it lives in the repository root. (An early Python implementation was removed in February 2026.)

When making changes, follow these guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.

## Squad Team

See [Meet the Squad](meet-the-squad.md) for current owners, the pinned Squad
tooling, and upgrade/verification procedures. `.squad/team.md` and
`.squad/routing.md` define the active team; `.squad/governance.md` defines bounded
collaboration and independent review. Persisted GPT-first role assignments live
in `.squad/config.json`, with code-review and fallback rules in
`.squad/model-policy.md`. Historical model directives are superseded.
