# skill-evolve
- Close the loop between *using* skills and *improving* them. After a session where you leaned on the catalog, the friction you hit (a wrong command, a missing recipe, a stale doc) is the highest-signal feedback there is - it's real, it just happened, and it will happen to the next session. This skill captures that signal **selectively** and ships it back into `~/skills`.

## The selectivity gate
Keep a bucket-1 candidate **only if all three hold**:
- **(a) General** - it helps a future, *unrelated* session, not just this task.
- **(b) Evidence-backed** - something actually went wrong, or you confirmed a fact against a tool/source, *this session*. Not a guess, not "might be nice."
- **(c) Novel** - the target skill doesn't already say it.

## Workflow
