- `pluginManifest.present`, `hasSkills`, `hasMcpServers`, and `hasHooks`
- `mcp.server` and `mcp.bin`
- `hooks.defaultMode`, which should normally be `nudge`
- `workspaceAccess.allowProjectPaths` when tools refuse paths outside cwd
