# Leerie — Design Document > Graph-engineered task driver for Claude Code. Classifies an engineering > task, decomposes it into a dependency graph of granular subtasks, topo-sorts > it into waves, and executes each node in an isolated git worktree under an > evidence-gated implement/validate loop — with the fewest possible > interruptions to the user. **Scope of this document.** This is the *theory*: the architecture, the constraints that forced it, and the reasoning behind each decision. It describes the intended system, not the current code, and stays correct across any reimplementation honoring the same architecture. Mechanism — function names, cap values, file paths, schemas, enforcement tables, install steps — lives in the companion `IMPLEMENTATION.md`, true only against current code.
