## 零、项目边界声明（最高优先级·违反即事故）

**本文件只管理口播稿项目。公众号项目由 `wechat-article-system/AGENTS.md` 独立管理。**

- **口播稿** = `口播稿/koubo/` 目录 → 输出 `.txt` 脚本 → 走 `koubo_validate.py` + `koubo_quality_gate.py` 双门禁 → **绝不走公众号发布流水线**
- **公众号** = `wechat-article-system/` 目录 → 输出 `.md` + `.html` + `.docx` 三件套 → 走 `publish_pipeline.py` 推草稿箱

**工具链、交付物、验证流程完全独立，互不通用。**

**永久禁令**：口播稿文件（.txt）永远不能"推送到公众号草稿箱"——格式、工具、平台完全不同。
