# Autonomous Project Skill Synthesis & Minting Engine (`/project-skills`)

This skill establishes the **Skill Synthesis Protocol (SSP)**, enabling AI agents to autonomously build, mint, and update custom project-specific skills inside `.agents/skills/<project-name>/SKILL.md`.
