# ai-coord `ai-coord` is advisory coordination infrastructure for parallel Codex and Claude Code agents. It is cooperative, not a security boundary or an OS file lock. ## Package boundaries - [`src/`](src/) is the single Rust crate for the CLI, hook integration, provider inventory, SQLite ledger, coordination runtime, and local dashboard API. - [`../apps/coord-dashboard/`](../apps/coord-dashboard/AGENTS.md) is the independent Bun-managed Vite and React dashboard for the live coordination state. ## Shared workflow Run shared tasks from `toolkit/justfile` (`just <recipe>` inside `toolkit/`, or `just toolkit::<recipe>` from the catalog root): - `cargo test -p ai-coord --locked` runs package tests. `just rust-check` runs the complete Rust workspace gate. - `just install-cli` installs all workspace binaries and does not link hooks. - `just coord-dashboard-check` and `just coord-dashboard-dev` delegate to the dashboard package. Use package selection when isolating a Rust failure: `cargo test -p ai-coord --locked` and `cargo clippy -p ai-coord --all-targets --locked -- --deny warnings` are the focused checks. Keep modules below 1000 lines and test modules below 2000 lines. …
