- 默认等级为 `full`，每会话自动激活。取值按下列顺序取第一个有效值：

+ Default mode = `full`, auto-active every session. Change it:

- 1. 环境变量（最高）：`PONYTAIL_DEFAULT_MODE=ultra`

- 2. Profile 补丁：`profiles/<profile>/cordis.patch.yml` 里 ponytail 条目的 `defaultMode`

- 3. 内置兜底：`full`

- 界面上「插件 → 懒人模式 → 配置优先级」直接显示这三行的命中与压制关系，比手改文件可靠。要改默认档用 `/ponytail default <档>`，它写进当前 Profile 的补丁。

- `ponytail/config.json` 只在没有 Settings 服务的组合（headless / CLI）里承担写入，已不参与优先级。

+ does the same from a prompt. Set `"off"` to disable auto-activation on session

+ start, activate manually with `/ponytail` when wanted.

- 设为 `off` 可关闭会话启动时的自动激活，需要时再用 `/ponytail` 手动开启。

+ Resolution: env var > profile patch > built-in `full`. The card shows all three

+ sources and which one wins, so a level that "looks" set but is shadowed is

+ visible instead of silently ignored.
