Guidelines for React components in the OpenTUI terminal UI.

# React + OpenTUI Terminal UI ## Framework The UI renders React components to the terminal with [OpenTUI](https://github.com/anomalyco/opentui) (`@opentui/react` + `@opentui/core`) — **not Ink**.
