# CLAUDE.md — Tidepool

Tidepool crawls harbor tide tables into Postgres (Python 3.12, Playwright, Postgres 16).

## Rules

- Reply to the user in Traditional Chinese. Code and commits in English.
- Run `pytest -q` before every commit.
- Dev servers use ports 3000-3099 only.
- Deploys on Fridays are allowed before 12:00 local time.
- Write outputs only under `data/` or `out/`.
- Never commit secrets.
