Require: one claimed ticket with a stamped pack digest and its semantic

assignment.

The launch prompt hands the craft path and the artifact kind; read the

whole craft document. That kind names the `## Lens` entry you make

toward: a making `do` makes the kind its pack's adapter fixes, a

planning `do` makes a `root` or a `cut` and says which. Where the

ticket's Details prescribes a step, a check, or a do-not, follow it

and say so; where following it would miss Goal, deviate and report

the deviation with the observation that forced it. Where Details is

silent, that craft and repository law decide. Stream the executor record

as work is produced, then commit the reserved outcome.
