# CLAUDE.md WenFlow 平台仓库的会话工作约定。分层：本文件（跨会话约定）→ `doc/README.md`（文档索引）→ 各文档状态头（类型｜最后核验）。 ## 文档治理（doc/） 文档分三态，头部状态行 `> 📌 类型：… ｜ 最后核验：…` 标明；总索引见 `doc/README.md`。 1. **新文档入库三件套**（缺一会在文档时效性审计中记为漏报）： - 加入根 `.gitignore` 的 doc 白名单； - 登记 `doc/README.md` 总索引表（类型 + 一句话 + 状态头）； - 文档标题后写状态头（类型：活规范 / 设计留痕 / 历史快照·审计）。 2. **「不做/待办」声明的回收**：凡实现与某文档「不做/待办」声明相悖（如 20Q Q12 教训——声明不做但已实施），**同一提交内**更新该文档声明并补台账，不得留下「声明不做、实现已在」的单向断言。 3. **死链守卫**：`scripts/check-doc-dead-links.mjs` 已挂 `check:quality` 链尾，校验 doc/ 全部 tracked md 的仓库内相对链接；新增死链会红 CI。 4. **慎用 file:line 锚点**：行号漂移 20-450 行是文档过期的主要形态——优先用「符号/类名锚点」；确需行号时注明核验日期。 5. **重大拍板留痕**：架构级「不做/退役/替换」决策（如二级编译退役 16c3cabd、裁判独立 a5f87289）必须在对应协议/设计文档加终止标注，格式参照 `SKILL_PROTOCOL_V4` 附录 A 的退役注记（四同步 + commit + 业务依据）。 ## 共享工作树纪律 - 提交前 `git status` 全量查看；**按路径点名 `git add`**，不用 `git add -A`——并行会话可能有未提交 WIP。 - 文件被并行会话占用（工作区已有其改动）时：不编辑、不提交该文件，登记待办。

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
