# Living status board
- Configure `outputId`, `workspaceId`, `ownerUserId`, `baseUrl` and `timeZone`
+ Configure `workspaceId`, `ownerUserId`, `baseUrl` and `timeZone`
in the tenant-owned schedule parameters. Add an owning tedi and a native
`capabilities.schedule` with cron `*/30 * * * *` in that tenant's skill.
This example contains no live installation coordinates.
+
+ Each member configures their own private workspace and read grant. On first
+ use the workflow creates a document titled **Session activity** there; later
+ runs reuse it. Set `title` to choose another name, or `outputId` to use an
+ existing document. An organization-visible workspace is refused. This optional
+ scheduled snapshot complements the live Attention page; no schedule is enabled
+ by installing the plugin or opting into decision capture.
Link the skill in its private Workspace. The owner must grant the skill read
access to session activity in Resources → Runs on a schedule. The delegated
reader's optional `requests` projection reads the same owner's derived ledger;
it never accepts an owner identity. Without that grant, return
`waiting_for_grant` and retain the existing board. Consent stays with the owner.
Write exactly Now, Done today, Needs you and Goals, using native rich-text
tables and checklists. Keep the visible document under 400 words, with no IDs
in prose. Set `needsTitle` to personalize the human-action section. Every active
objective appears once. A request marked in progress
is tracked work, not proof of a running executor. Done uses evidence-bearing
ledger closures on the configured local date, newest first; a closure without
a direct evidence URL links to its source request list. Human actions remain
unanswered. This reader never advances Work, grants access or contacts people.
One tool-free reasoner compresses the current records; deterministic validation
checks references, goal coverage, word count and native nodes before saving.
Source text is untrusted. Listing bounds fail the run rather than claim complete
coverage. Reads and writes use durable steps; revision conflicts require a new
run with fresh reads. Read back the exact saved rich-text revision before
reporting an update. Goal arrows describe the latest observed Work event, not
a measurement of business outcomes.
