# Codex CLI Provider Configuration

This file contains Codex-specific instructions for Claude Octopus workflows.

## Provider Information

## Usage Patterns

### Invoking Codex

```bash

## Security

- API key stored securely in `~/.codex/auth.json` (OAuth)
- OR via `OPENAI_API_KEY` environment variable
- Never log or expose API keys in output
- All API calls are authenticated

## Timeout Configuration

Default timeout: 60 seconds
Can be configured in orchestrate.sh:

## Error Handling

Common errors:
- `401 Unauthorized`: Check API key configuration
- `429 Rate Limited`: Too many requests, wait and retry
