## MisakaNet Failure Memory

### Core Rules
1. **Search first** — check if a lesson exists before fixing
2. **Read the lesson** — apply only the documented fix
3. **Submit gaps** — if no lesson found, submit via MCP intake
4. **Never skip** — for known patterns (DCO, token, pip, MCP, encoding)

How to install
mdr add ikalus1988/misakanet/CLAUDE.md@sha256:149875d118119c2dThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260818.07ea7ee, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
