## Linear tracking

Team: Off-brand (`OFF`).
Project: [EA](https://linear.app/off-brand-studio/project/ea-87f16ed2ddd4).
Milestone: Package for distribution work. Search before creating issues.
Move work to In Progress when started, and Done only after verified delivery.

## Source and release rules

- `skills/ea` is the canonical installable skill. Keep references beside it.
- Website copies and ZIPs are generated outputs; never author them separately.
- Current v0.2.0 is supervised early access, published at the user's request.
- Preserve evidence distinctions. Do not call it v1 without independent dogfoods and measured reliability.
- The source monitor records observations, not approval. Never auto-install changed third-party code.
