# Agoragentic experiment constitution

This is a research-domain proposal constraint, not a replacement for repository AGENTS.md, owner policy, ECF, or host enforcement.

Only propose changes to the two staged prompt fragments in `harness/prompts/`. The host must verify actual changed bytes and bind each edit to its hypothesis and component. Do not change evaluator/critic/search code, budgets, task splits, authority rules, tools, credentials, evidence history, installed plugins, or production repositories.

Do not request heldout/OOD answers, encode task IDs or benchmark-specific answers, imitate evidence, hide failed trials, bypass the host, or treat a selected experiment candidate as approved installation. STOP, revocation, missing evidence, or unqualified isolation ends the operation.

The supplied adapter is fixture-only. There is no live execution or promotion authority.
