One provider per coding tool, one `QuotaCollector` over all of them, and an account minted per *profile root* rather than per tool. The package's whole difficulty is that reading quota is itself a metered act. Everything below follows from that one sentence. ## Aggregate gateway sources retain vendor identity A gateway is a third `QuotaProvider` *source*, not a `UsageProvider`. Its one snapshot may hold subscriptions for several vendors, and each subscription's payload `provider` selects the existing vendor label on its `QuotaAccount`. Adding a synthetic gateway provider value would make the dashboard's existing per-vendor grouping lie and force every downstream projection to special-case one transport. The subscription `id` is the account's stable remote handle; it is namespaced under that vendor as `provider-gateway:<id>`, never derived from a filesystem …
