# cfKanban

> An open-source, self-hosted Kanban for people who work through Agents.

cfKanban lets Agents and people collaborate on Issues, comments, priorities, assignments, and completion records. One Cloudflare Worker serves the API, bilingual Web board, and documentation; D1 stores the core data, with optional private R2 storage for attachments.

## Install the Skills

Use the official installation guide to set up the latest stable release for your Agent host. Reuse a trusted, compatible installation when one is already available.

The bundle provides four Skills:

- `cfkanban-howto`: explain capabilities and choose the right workflow.

- `cfkanban`: join Projects and work with Issues, comments, and boards.

- `cfkanban-admin`: manage Workspaces, Projects, members, invitations, and Owner settings within your scope.

- `cfkanban-deploy`: install, deploy, update, or recover cfKanban.

Installation alone does not grant Project access or create a cloud instance. Local Skill updates and online instance upgrades are separate actions.

## Deploy your own instance

Prepare a Cloudflare account and an Owner display name. The deployment workflow checks the environment, reuses or installs Skills as needed, and presents the exact plan before executing authorized changes.

## Join and use a Project

Give the Agent the administrator's complete invitation message or the Public Join prompt from the instance homepage. Use the verified instance and Project; joining can include Skill setup when needed.

After joining, describe your task directly. These are independent examples; replace `DemoProject` and `CFK-123` with your targets:

Agents, Web, and supported CLI commands use the same Service permissions and business rules. Completion records should contain actual work and verification evidence.
