# Plan Organic Growth
Build a compounding growth system, not a list of platform tricks.
Use `$wepr-market-signal-research` when channel planning needs a traceable public-feedback ledger covering user needs, pains, objections, alternatives, and audience language. Use `$wepr-client-discovery` when client goals, approval, scope, or acceptance criteria are still unresolved.
## Workflow
1. Define the business stage, target user, problem, value proposition, economics, capacity, and target action.
2. Collect demand evidence from customer conversations, search results, community discussions, competitor reviews, and product data.
3. Preserve the user's language: problems, alternatives, objections, triggers, and desired outcomes.
4. Assign channels distinct roles in discovery, trust, active-demand capture, conversion, retention, and referral.
5. Build durable assets: product facts, topic architecture, useful content, cases, research, tools, community relationships, and conversion paths.
6. Launch small experiments with explicit hypotheses, owners, metrics, stop rules, and review dates.
7. Measure business outcomes alongside visibility, mentions, citations, rankings, engagement, and traffic.
8. Convert results into reusable content units, channel playbooks, and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.
+ ## Community intelligence loop
+
+ For Reddit and other public communities, separate listening from participation:
+
+ 1. Start with the communities where the target user discusses the problem, not only communities named after the product category.
+ 2. Maintain a dated community profile covering recurring jobs, urgency, attempted alternatives, objections, native terminology, accepted formats, moderation rules, and uncertainty. Mark inferred demographics or motivations as hypotheses.
+ 3. Keep raw observations and permalinks behind every important synthesis. Count repeated problems with a declared window and deduplication rule; do not mistake loud anecdotes for prevalence.
+ 4. Match product problems semantically, not only by keywords. Exclude stale discussions, already-solved questions, sensitive situations outside competence, and contexts where a commercial reply would be intrusive.
+ 5. Draft useful, self-contained responses before considering promotion. A human must review the thread context, disclose material affiliation where relevant, and perform any posting or messaging.
+ 6. Feed legitimate questions, removals, objections, conversions, and product gaps back into the profile. Treat community understanding—not posting volume—as the durable asset.
+
+ Public feeds and search surfaces may support research only when their use complies with current platform rules and reasonable request rates. Verify availability and limits at execution time; do not encode a claimed rate limit or endpoint as permanent fact.
+
+ ## Content-to-growth operating model
+
+ - Assign distinct stages for research, topic brief, draft, fact and policy review, human approval, distribution, and performance review.
+ - Give every stage an explicit input, output, owner, stop condition, and acceptance test. Persist important handoffs in files or a system of record rather than relying on conversational memory.
+ - Begin with one audience, one offer, one primary channel, and a manual closed loop. Automate only stable, low-risk, observable steps after several successful runs.
+ - Use profile surfaces and pinned or evergreen content to orient new visitors; use individual posts for discovery, usefulness, proof, or participation.
+ - Interpret engagement by function: views indicate exposure, saves future utility, shares social expression, profile visits curiosity, and qualified actions business progress. Do not collapse them into one score.
+
## Route by need
- SEO, technical search, content architecture, or backlinks: read [references/seo-geo.md](references/seo-geo.md) and [references/seo-system.md](references/seo-system.md).
- Backlink and brand-mention audits, directory qualification, linkable assets, digital PR, outreach, or link monitoring: use `$wepr-link-authority-workbench`.
- GEO, AI search, brand entities, citations, prompt baselines, diagnostic scoring, or 30/60/90-day GEO execution: read [references/seo-geo.md](references/seo-geo.md), [references/geo-evidence.md](references/geo-evidence.md), and [references/georank-measurement.md](references/georank-measurement.md).
- Operating a live self-hosted GEOrank instance: hand off to `$operate-georank-workbench`; do not mix platform mutations into a general strategy deliverable.
- Reddit research, participation, monitoring, or crisis response: read [references/community-launch.md](references/community-launch.md) and [references/reddit-community.md](references/reddit-community.md).

## Output standard
Return the relevant subset of: demand evidence, user-language library, channel-role map, technical/content/entity audit, fixed GEO prompt panel, evidence ledger, community map, launch plan, content system, experiment backlog, measurement plan with denominators, risk register, and 30/60/90-day roadmap.
## Guardrails
Verify current platform rules, algorithms, products, communities, tools, prices, and examples with official or first-party sources before client delivery. Never promise rankings, AI recommendations, virality, followers, registrations, or revenue. Do not use fake accounts, purchased karma/votes, coordinated manipulation, spam links, hidden sponsorship, policy evasion, piracy, or unauthorized personal data.
