# Claude Code / Agent Harness Instructions This repository defines skills and enforcement packs for the Anthropic Claude ecosystem. Agents must follow the instructions detailed in this file and in `AGENTS.md`. ## Key Directories * `free-skills/`: Contains the public skills catalog.
