Run weekly, or whenever the system feels creaky:

1. Review last week's chats, git changes, memory summaries, repeated corrections, and recently changed docs & skills.
2. Identify patterns: repeated mistakes, friction that made work harder, and opportunities to grow something new.
3. Propose improvements: docs, skills, SOPs, code, or automations that prevent repeated friction.
4. Pick one or two small experiments for next week, each with a falsifiable hypothesis, a success metric, and a rollback condition.
5. Promote winning patterns into reusable protocols or templates.
6. After consolidations, sweep for stale references to old names, paths, commands, docs, and scripts.
7. Never silently apply changes. Provide patch-ready file targets; the user confirms before anything is edited.
8. End with suggested next steps.
