# mdtally Node CLI that counts words and estimates reading time for Markdown files. ES modules (`"type": "module"`), Node >= 20, no runtime or dev dependencies — there is nothing to install. ## Layout - `src/count.js` — all counting logic: `stripMarkdown`, `countWords`, `readingMinutes`.
