This file is byte-identical to the first copy the registry indexed. Same content hash, so the same checks give both the same grade.
AGENTS.md@docs/bnlearn from activeinferenceinstitute/generalized_notation_notation is an AGENTS.md file: the standing instructions coding agents read in that repo.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# bnlearn Framework Documentation Agents ## Overview This document provides agent scaffolding for the bnlearn framework documentation subsystem. The documentation is organized to capture the robust capabilities of the `bnlearn` Python package for use with Bayesian Networks and structural learning. **Status**: ✅ Documentation **Version**: 1.0 --- ## Purpose Documentation for the `bnlearn` Python package (https://github.com/erdogant/bnlearn) for causal discovery, parameter learning, inference, and sampling methods. It serves as a probabilistic graphical model abstraction layer for causal network generation, inference, and visualization. In GNN, the `bnlearn` generator compiles complete stationary finite A/B/D models into native exact fixed-action filters: rendered scripts run at Step 12 via [`src/gnn/execute/bnlearn/`](../../src/gnn/execute/bnlearn/) with output under `BNLEARN_OUTPUT_DIR`. Scripts skip when the `bnlearn` extra is absent (`gnn.utils.runtime_safety.framework_availability`). Continuous linear-Gaussian models are unsupported (`supports_continuous=False` in `src/gnn/render/framework_registry.py`). ## Documentation Organization …

How to install
mdr add activeinferenceinstitute/generalized_notation_notation/docs/bnlearn/AGENTS.md@sha256:e542e704dc5a8f09The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261016.2df8ea1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
