Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Shopify 选品与市场验证 将任务转化为有证据、成本边界和验证办法的经营决策。来源研究日期：2026-09-23；使用时核验所在站点当前规则。 ## 输入 目标国家与币种、客群和使用场景、现有候选/产品事实、供货及运输报价、交付承诺、启动现金与可承受测试损失。缺成本或履约资料时先完成需求研究，把盈利结论标为待验证。 ## 工作流 1. 先写“谁在什么场景、为哪种改善付费”。把一时猎奇、稳定需求、季节需求分别建候选，不用平台热榜直接决定采购。 2. 对每个候选记录同市场的搜索趋势、竞品报价与交付、用户反复提出的问题、广告持续出现情况。S01 支持多渠道找线索；广告存在、点赞和第三方销量均不是盈利证明。 3. 判定主要获客入口。主动解决问题的搜索需求可先验证关键词；视觉演示能够解释价值的商品可先验证内容。S02 仅提供这个分流启发，不排除其他渠道。 4. 拆解落地成本和首单贡献，给出可承受 CAC；将退款、支付费用、创意/寄样摊销和平台订阅分清变动与固定成本。不用未验证 LTV 补平首单亏损。 5. 先验证实物与交付，再拟定有限预算的需求实验。写明事件追踪、核心假设、最大损失、结束条件和下一步，不自行投放或采购。 6. 用证据做 GO/HOLD/NO-GO。GO 仅表示进入约定测试；供应、成本或需求有关键缺口时 HOLD；实测贡献为负且无可验证改进路径时 NO-GO。 ## 交付 候选对比表（需求、差异化、获客入口、到岸成本、CAC 上限、履约风险、证据等级）＋1 个优先测试方案＋缺口清单。每条建议关联候选、证据和停止条件。 ## 按需参考 - 涉及测算、分支判断或具体方案时读 [操作手册](references/playbook.md)。 - 需要从泛品类收敛候选，或选择代发、备货及交付方案时，读 [细分需求与供应阶段](references/niche-and-supply.md)。 - 需要核查来源强度、阅读边界或平台规则时读 [证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 证据与执行边界 网络来源只支撑参考文件列出的有限方法；其余步骤、公式、示例和决策条件是 M（模型综合设计），不是作者原话、平台保证或已验证业绩。事实、估算、假设、未知分开记录；互动量不证明经营效果。 仅在用户已授权范围内执行。诊断请求不自动授权投放、采购、上架或联系他人；已明确授权无需重复征求同一许可。执行时保留目标、前后值、结果与回读证据。工具不可用时完成数据模板和方案，不伪造后台操作成功。
