# Skill Change Verification
Use this Skill to select the smallest sufficient checks for a change and state exactly what the evidence supports.
## Workflow
1. Classify content, metadata/directory, script, Eval, and runtime impact.
2. Select static, structural, evaluation, runtime, and human-review evidence.
3. Record commands run, results, omitted checks, and reasons.
4. Report residual risks and claims that are and are not supported.
## Constraints
- `skill-up validate` is not runtime semantic validation.
- Mark undiscoverable commands as confirmation items; never guess.
- Cover the actual diff instead of hiding gaps behind a full-suite run.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261016.61d7e3c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
A 17 of 17 checks passed. Fixed automatic checks with no AI involved, so the same checks give the same answer every run.
