One sweep over all of my open PRs — check CI and merge-queue state, handle new review comments, fix and push — tracking state so reruns skip already-handled work. Designed to be driven by /loop.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Babysit PRs Perform **one sweep** over my open pull requests: for each PR, check CI health, merge-queue state, and unhandled review comments, dispatch fixes through the existing `ci-monitor` and `address-pr-reviews` skills, and record what was handled so the next sweep skips it. On a repo behind a [Trunk](https://trunk.io) merge queue, a green PR is not a landing PR: the queue re-tests it on a branch of its own and can drop it without anything on the PR changing. This sweep never cancels and never enqueues a PR for the first time, because first-enqueueing is merging and that is my call. It may **re**-enqueue a PR the queue dropped, through the same gated check ci-monitor's Step 7c uses; `--no-requeue` turns that off. This skill does a single iteration on purpose. Run it continuously with the loop runner: ```text /loop 20m /babysit-prs /loop /babysit-prs # self-paced ``` ## Arguments - `--owner <org>`: only sweep PRs in repos owned by `<org>` (repeatable). Default: all my open PRs. - `--limit <n>`: max PRs to process this sweep (default: 10, newest activity first). …

How to install
mdr add haacked/dotfiles/babysit-prs@sha256:62d2c3db17963499The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.a2b4058, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
