Read this workflow with `skills_read` before designing. When the user requests a saved HTML artifact, your next action after planning is the offered `write_file` tool with a compact, complete document. Planning stays private: do not print a design plan, palette, wireframe, or HTML before the file-tool call. For a compact brief, use concise CSS and markup rather than long comments or redundant declarations. Duplicating source or publishing planning wastes the output budget and can leave the call incomplete. After a successful write, copy the exact Markdown download link from the tool result into your answer, followed by a brief description of the visual direction. Use only tools offered by the host. If a workspace or file tool is unavailable, state that no file was saved. Follow the user's offline/dependency constraints and keep all required content intact.
