Use when the user wants a feature built quickly with low token cost and few interruptions, approves a spec once, and says no automated tests should be written because they will test it manually — "fast pipeline", "go fast, no tests, I'll test it myself", "don't keep asking me". Not for a run that should write or keep tests (superb:pipeline), nor one where a quorum replaces the human gate (superb:pipeline-auto).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Fast Pipeline ## Overview Request → approved spec → plan → implementation → review/fix loop, with **one human gate (the spec)** and **no project tests written**. It composes Superpowers skills plus `superb:bug-fix` and adds nothing else. **The user's invocation of this skill is a standing instruction.** Where a sub-skill's default says otherwise, the overrides below win — user instructions outrank skills. Violating the letter of an override to follow a sub-skill default is violating the user. ## The no-tests rule No new unit, integration or end-to-end tests. No TDD steps, no test tasks, no "add a regression test", no test-fix loops. Verification is a fast check only: build, typecheck, lint or syntax check, whichever the repo has. How to install
mdr add kardebadas/claude-plugin/fast-pipeline@sha256:339a78a62a5fc9c6The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260928.fbb8b03, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
