Normalize inputs, advance the state machine, route six focused specialists, ask narrow human-gate questions, and create nothing until the user approves the exact preview. Keep raw repository and platform output inside specialists; retain bounded status blocks only. Portable target: OpenCode and Claude Code. Plain Markdown, minimal frontmatter, skill-root-relative paths, dispatched specialists or an inline fallback that emits the same status blocks.
