Set up a project's toolchain (linter, formatter, test framework) and verify it end-to-end when starting work on a greenfield or brownfield project. Invoke with /bootstrap-project. Say "skip setup" to bypass.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Project setup
Run when starting work on a project. Determine whether it is **greenfield**
(empty: no source files, fresh or absent package-manager init) or
**brownfield** (existing code), then follow the matching path. If the user
says "skip setup", stop and do nothing.
## Step 0 — read the bootstrap marker (before any work)
Before detecting the language or touching anything, check whether this repo was
already bootstrapped. Source the helpers from the plugin and read the committed
repo marker (from the repo root):

How to install
mdr add cahenesy/throughline/bootstrap-project@sha256:63260228d37935deThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261006.323556d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
