Use when preparing an Australian accounting practice's acceptance or continuance review and engagement terms for a new client, a new service or a changed engagement, for an authorised practitioner to decide.

# Client acceptance and engagement terms review ## Inputs - The request as the prospective or existing client made it, with its services, entity type, periods and any deadline. - The practice's acceptance and continuance policy and its client acceptance criteria. - The conflicts and independence register, or a statement that none is kept. - Who would do and review the work, and their available time. - For a change of accountant, the name of the existing or predecessor accountant and whether the client allows contact. - The practice's engagement letter template and fee basis. - The practice's assessment of which of its services are AML/CTF designated services, and whether its AML/CTF records treat the client as a pre-commencement customer. - For tax or BAS agent services, the information the practice gives current and prospective clients under the TPB Code Determination, the dates relevant to section 45 timing and any record of when that information was given. ## Workflow …
