Add integration/E2E tests to existing codebase using Design Docs.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Before loading required skills, use `wc -c` to size the files and set both `exec_command.max_output_tokens` and the outer `// @exec: {"max_output_tokens": N}` budget to accommodate their contents, including the combined output of batched reads. Split oversized reads upfront; recover any truncated content before proceeding.
