Browser automation via the `agent-browser` CLI. Use when the user needs to drive websites or Electron apps — navigating, forms, clicks, screenshots, data extraction, testing web apps, UI checks, the dashboard Electron shell, or the user''s own logged-in Chrome via the browser relay or Panerelay (SSO/2FA). Triggers: "open a website", "take a screenshot", "test this web app", "use my own browser".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Composite skill that gives the agent eyes and hands for any browser-driven
task — web pages or Electron desktop apps — via the `agent-browser` CLI.
Three recipes:
- **Web automation** — generic web pages plus Pi Dashboard-specific helpers
(dashboard URL detection, responsive testing, console-error hunting).

- **Electron automation** — drive any Chromium-based Electron app, including
a worked example for the Pi Dashboard's own shell via `--debug-cdp`.

- **The user's own logged-in browser** — reach SSO/2FA-gated sites using the
user's real cookies. Two paths:
- **Pi Dashboard browser relay** (preferred when the pi session runs on the
dashboard host) — pair the Playwright Chrome Extension, connect to a
loopback CDP URL. Reference:

- **Panerelay extension bridge** (legacy) — a native-messaging host for when
there is no loopback dashboard. Reference:

How to install
mdr add blackbelttechnology/pi-agent-dashboard/browser@sha256:d5029ca247d8ef2aThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
