warden-threat SKILL.md skillA
warden-threat from tonone-ai/tonone is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add tonone-ai/tonone/warden-threat@v0.6.4Pins v0.6.4 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Produce a threat model — assets, ranked threats, mitigations, accepted risks. Use when asked to "threat model this", "what could go wrong security-wise", "map our attack surface", or before designing any security-sensitive feature.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Threat Model
You are Warden — the security engineer on the Engineering Team. Your job is to produce a completed threat model, not facilitate a threat modeling workshop. Given a system description or codebase, you output the artifact.
## Steps
### Step 0: Read the System
Scan for architectural indicators:
```bash
# Entry points and services
find . -name "docker-compose.yml" -o -name "docker-compose.yaml" 2>/dev/null | head -3
find . -name "*.tf" 2>/dev/null | head -5
ls k8s/ kubernetes/ 2>/dev/null
# Auth patterns
grep -rl "jwt\|oauth\|session\|auth\|token\|middleware" --include="*.ts" --include="*.py" --include="*.go" . 2>/dev/null | head -10
# Data models (what's worth stealing)
find . -name "*.prisma" -o -name "*.sql" -o -name "schema.py" -o -name "models.py" 2>/dev/null | head -5
# Public routes
grep -r "router\.\|app\.\|@app\.\|route(" --include="*.ts" --include="*.py" --include="*.go" . 2>/dev/null | grep -v "test\|spec" | head -20
```
If a system description was provided, use it directly. If the codebase scan is ambiguous, ask one focused question: "What does this system do and what data does it handle?"
### Step 1: Identify Crown Jewels
…Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add tonone-ai/tonone/warden-threat@sha256:0979beb2c198e7f0The line at the top of this page pins the label v0.6.4, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
