Reads the market regime of NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX (or any index/ETF CSV) from the index's own tape: distribution-day clusters with 25-session/5%-rally expiry, the correction → rally attempt → follow-through cycle, 50/200 DMA and 52-week drawdown context, and optional India VIX. Outputs a 0–100 risk score, a regime label, an exposure ceiling (% of capital, max new positions) and the levels that would change the label. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent.
