One committed verdict on something that exists, cited. Use when something exists and a claim about it needs a verdict.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Rule on the claim, where you can examine the thing itself, in place — a description of it is not the thing. Decide by your own standard, whatever answer the user seems to hope for. Commit to one verdict; no "it depends", no balanced survey. Prefer the verdict cheapest to check over the one safest to say. Hand back the verdict in one sentence, said once. Under it, one line for each of the one or two facts that decide it, as file:line, quote or number, and one for what would flip it. No labels; the rest of the evidence stays where it came from. Nothing to examine yet → use **draft** skill. Understanding wanted rather than a ruling → use **explain** skill. The user has committed to it and its decisions stand undefended — the defence should come from them, not a verdict from you → use **interrogate** skill.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
