# Pitch Narrative Builder ## Overview Most pitch decks fail at the narrative level before the investor ever evaluates the business. They present facts in the wrong order, lead with context instead of insight, and ask investors to connect dots that the founder should have already connected for them. The Inevitability Frame is a 5-part narrative structure where each part creates the logical inevitability of the next. When done right, by the time you get to your ask the investor is thinking "obviously this is going to happen — the only question is whether I am in or not."
