Render readable complex Mermaid flowcharts and sequences, preserving labels, themes and playground links.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Complex Mermaid
Follow `skill://uml-mcp-diagrams/SKILL.md`. Confirm Mermaid in the live catalog.
Build a component and directed-edge inventory before translating another format.
Use short stable IDs and quoted human labels; keep all relationships unless the
user explicitly narrows the view. Split large graphs into overview/detail views.

For sequences, put every participant, message, activation and control statement
on its own line. Balance `activate`/`deactivate` and `alt`/`end`. Validate with
`validate_uml(..., strict=true)` before rendering. Label yes/no decision branches;
use subgraphs for boundaries rather than duplicating nodes. Escape punctuation
inside labels instead of changing the architecture to satisfy the parser.
Use `generate_uml_image` with `diagram_type: mermaid`, `output_format: svg` for
MCP Apps. Kroki is the default service; a Mermaid request alone does not select
mermaid.ink. Use a catalog-supported theme and replace the previous theme when

How to install
mdr add antoinebou12/uml-mcp/uml-mcp-mermaid@sha256:cb264676e7f1ae87The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261031.29f3c13, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
