One-time setup of image and video generation credentials, verified before use. "set up my API keys".

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # /socialforge:setup — API Credential Configuration

> **Script location.** If your host does not set `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}`, the scripts are in this plugin's `scripts/` folder, next to `skills/`. Run them with Python 3.10 or newer: `python`, or `python3` where `python` is not found (macOS, many Linux systems).

One-time setup that stores credentials persistently. Run once, works forever across all sessions.

## What This Does

Configures two services that SocialForge needs for creative production:

1. **Google Cloud Vertex AI** (required for images) — the image models, resolved at run time from the registry aliases `latest-image-balanced-google` and `latest-image-google`
2. **WaveSpeed** (required for video) — image-to-video, resolved from the registry alias `latest-video-wavespeed`

How to install

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261011.fe81530, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
