When unsure which TeamWorkflow skill applies, or orienting a new task or repository, find the right planning, research, building, review, or recovery workflow. Reuse recorded project bindings and working mode.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Team-workflow router Read the [Codex desktop binding](../../../CODEX.md) when this workflow needs harness mechanics, model routing, or recovery. One entry point for the **team-workflow** pack. The pack is a portable discipline for running tracked, multi-session, agent-assisted development: pressure-test an idea, build it in parallel lanes, ship it reviewed and merged. The table below names every skill and its moment. Everything repo-specific lives in, or is pointed at from, one binding doc seeded by the setup skill; every skill defers decisions to **the decider**, the role that doc names. **First use in a repo:** read an existing binding when the task needs the pack. Open and read the `setup` skill's SKILL.md completely when the user requests installation or a missing binding actually gates tracked work; a bounded question or review can proceed read-only. Where the binding doc records working mode `lead`, the human works from the orchestrator seat: a new task invokes [orchestrate](../../run/orchestrate/SKILL.md) by opening and reading the `orchestrate` skill's SKILL.md completely, then follows its startup checklist, and this table is what that seat runs, not a menu for the… …

How to install
mdr add timharris707/skills/router@sha256:e38947b6b1d899b9The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.3cdacee, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
