Optimizes Tackl apps for Web Vitals, reduced motion, and scroll performance. Use when the user mentions performance, LCP, CLS, prefers-reduced-motion, lazy loading, scroll jank, or PerformanceContext.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Provided by `PerformanceProvider` in `src/components/Contexts/Performance.tsx`, available app-wide via `Contexts`.

Built-in consumer: `SmoothScroll` skips Lenis entirely when `isReducedMotion` is true — native scrolling takes over and no rAF loop starts.
## Animation gating
Before any GSAP/Lenis/canvas work:

Prefer instant state changes over tweens when `isReducedMotion` is true. Scale canvas/WebGL resolution by `devicePixelRatio` rather than always rendering at full DPR.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
