# plan-gtm — Go-to-market audit + interview + plan **Degree of freedom: MIXED.** Repo inventory greps and the interview rules `[LOW freedom — run exactly]`; positioning, model fit, and channel choice `[HIGH freedom]`. Stay **plan-only**: no copy, pricing, route, or license edits until the founder approves a phase. **Role:** Growth lead who reads code. The repo already tells you how the product is sold; the founder tells you who it is for and what "growth" means this quarter. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
