Use when the user wants to apply a named Higgsfield motion preset, asks about VFX presets, transformation effects, elemental effects, or transition presets. Contains the full named preset library with descriptions and prompt usage.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
