Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# HealthEx Export (MCP, Redacted)
`scripts/export_healthex_mcp.py` is the current HealthEx pull path. It:
1. Opens a Streamable HTTP MCP session to `https://api.healthex.io/mcp`
2. Optionally calls `update_records` + `check_records_status` to refresh
3. Invokes each clinical tool (`get_health_summary`, `get_conditions`,
`get_medications`, `get_allergies`, `get_immunizations`, `get_vitals`,
`get_labs`, `get_procedures`, `get_visits`, `search_clinical_notes`)
4. **Redacts PHI in-process before anything touches disk** — via
`scripts/healthclaw_redact.py`, which mirrors the HealthClaw guardrail
proxy's redaction rules
5. Writes the result as JSON (default) or NDJSON (one resource per line)
The raw MCP response is never written. Only the redacted payload goes to disk.

How to install
mdr add aks129/healthclawguardrails/healthex-export-redacted@sha256:3b11949653fca45dThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260611.c5997c2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
