# AGENTS.md — Instructions for coding agents Baseline instructions for any coding agent. This file is read as the maintainer's user-global agent instructions. It is **not** stamped into project roots — each project owns a small project-scoped `AGENTS.md` (authored from `mindfunnel`'s `templates/project-AGENTS.md` stub) that points at `PROJECT.md` for project-specific context. ## Project context Read these before substantive work — a new or resumed project, a design decision, code or prose written for the maintainer; a one-off question doesn't need them: - **`PROJECT.md`** in the project root, when present — structure, conventions, and domain terms. Project-scoped instructions win over this file on conflict; otherwise this file applies. - **`~/.mindfunnel/SOUL.md`** — who the maintainer is and how to collaborate with them. - **`~/.mindfunnel/USER.md`** — this machine and this user: shell, language and library defaults, formatter paths. `SOUL.md` and `USER.md` are user-global: per-maintainer, never stamped into a project, never committed anywhere. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
