학술지 심사의견을 받은 뒤의 수정·답변 과정을 관리하는 스킬. 심사의견서를 약속 단위로 쪼갠 의견 원장, 항목마다 저자가 직접 고르는 반영 결정표, 지정 위치만 고치는 수정 규율, 답변서 초안, 답변서 점검(누락·빈말·어조), 답변서를 가린 채 원고 변경분부터 판정하는 재심사 시뮬레이션까지 다룬다. '심사의견 받았어', '심사평 대응', '수정 후 재심', '답변서 써줘', '답변서 검토', '수정 요구 반영', '재심사', 'R&R', 'revise and resubmit', '게재 불가 사유 분석', '심사위원 지적 정리' 요청 시 반드시 사용. 투고 전 원고 자체의 검수는 paper-review를 쓴다.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# 심사 대응 (Revise & Resubmit)
투고 전 검수(`paper-review`)가 "이 원고가 심사를 통과하겠는가"를 묻는다면, 이 스킬은 **"심사위원이 요구한 것을 실제로 고쳤는가, 그리고 그렇게 답했는가"** 를 묻는다. 심사 대응에서 가장 흔한 실패는 세 가지다.
1. **누락** — 한 의견 안에 요구가 두세 개 들어 있는데 하나만 답한다.
2. **빈말** — 답변서에는 "반영하였다"고 썼는데 원고는 그대로다.
3. **번짐** — 한 곳을 고치다 요청받지 않은 곳까지 다시 써서 새 문제가 생긴다.
아래 절차는 셋을 각각 구조로 막는다. 누락은 의견을 약속 단위로 쪼개서, 빈말은 답변서를 가린 채 원고 변경분부터 판정해서, 번짐은 지정 위치만 고치고 파일 대조로 확인해서 막는다.
## 입력과 작업 폴더
- 입력: 심사의견서(심사위원별), 심사를 받은 원고(`.md`/`.docx`/`.hwpx` → md 추출), 편집위원회 판정문(있으면), 기존 답변서 초안(있으면).
- 라운드마다 `_workspace/R{n}/`을 만든다(1차 수정 = `R1`). 심사받은 원고는 `R1/00_submitted.md`로 **고정**하고 이후 수정하지 않는다.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
