Use when designing, implementing, reviewing, or documenting harness adapters; plugin or marketplace manifests; native plugin lifecycle; skill directories or SKILL.md frontmatter; AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md bridges; configuration scopes; compatibility transfer; adoption, reconciliation, status, or update behavior.
