Use for ordinary implementation tasks in a repository that has adopted the jig develop/main model: start from develop, create a feature/fix/chore branch, complete changes and tests, squash-merge back into develop locally, and push develop. No pull requests. Execution scope comes from the current request and explicitly approved repository policy; installation or branch names alone grant no permission.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Develop Task Flow Use this repository skill for normal development work requested by the user. ## Applies When **Installation is not adoption.** jig can be installed user-global — a Claude Code user-scope plugin, a Codex plugin — and is then present in every repository on the machine, including ones that never took up this branch model. Being loaded here says nothing about how this repository works. Adoption comes from repository instructions or an earlier explicit user decision to use jig's `develop/main` flow. Installing or loading jig, and branch names alone, do not establish that decision. Read the relevant repository policy; do not introduce a new configuration flag. Check the branch prerequisites separately, using local and remote-tracking refs for both `main` and `develop`: ```bash git show-ref --verify --quiet refs/heads/main || git show-ref --verify --quiet refs/remotes/origin/main git show-ref --verify --quiet refs/heads/develop || git show-ref --verify --quiet refs/remotes/origin/develop ``` - **Adopted, prerequisites present** → use the branch model within Execution Scope. …

How to install
mdr add 0x0w1/jig/jig-develop-task-flow@sha256:4dfe81ac66c5a84dThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260914.f91d23d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
